About Peachy Painting
Hey, I’m Jamie and I started Peachy Painting about eight years ago. Peachy Painting brings color, magic, and unforgettable smiles to every celebration. With a dedicated passion for art and education, I specialize in creating magical moments for children at birthday parties, corporate events, festivals, weddings, and more. I pride myself on being a friendly, patient artist who genuinely loves working with kids and creating memories that last a lifetime.
Our commitment to safety and professionalism is unmatched. We use only hypoallergenic, skin-safe paints and maintain the highest standards of hygiene with our Body and Makeup Sanitization Certificate. As a CPR-certified artist with a degree in Art Therapy and training from the yearly Face Painting Summit, I offer both quick designs for busy schedules and extensive custom designs that fulfill every child’s imagination. We come fully equipped with all necessary supplies, including tent, tables, chairs, and entertainment activities.

My face paints are all FDA approved and EU compliant cosmetic ingredients. Here is a comprehensive list along with some descriptions to make sure you know what is going on your skin:
Paraffin Wax: Provides structure, firmness, and a smooth, water-resistant glide.
Petrolatum: Softens the wax and adds creaminess, making the paint easy to load and preventing it from cracking.
Glycerin: Aids in water activation, allowing the pigments to disperse evenly and creating a smooth, blendable consistency.
Calcium Carbonate: Acts as an opacifier and helps improve the texture and spreadability of the paint.
Stearyl Alcohol: A fatty alcohol used to thicken and stabilize the formula.
Acacia Senegal Gum: Derived from the acacia tree, it helps bind the ingredients and adhere the pigment to the skin.
Dextrin: A carbohydrate binder that helps the paint dry smoothly without cracking.
Water: Hydrates the formula during production.
Preservatives: Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Benzoate, and Disodium EDTA are used in safe, minor quantities to maintain freshness and prevent microbial growth
Glitter that is used is strictly cosmetic; the gel base is similar to ChapStick and contains:
Water (Aqua): The primary solvent.
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice: Provides a soothing, hydrating base.
Glycerin: Adds moisture and helps the gel glide smoothly across the skin.
Carbomer: A thickening agent used to create the gel texture.
Triethanolamine: Balances the pH and helps thicken the product.
Preservatives: Ingredients like Diazolidinyl Urea and Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate are used to keep the product fresh and safe from bacteria.
Stubborn face paint? We’ve all been there. You’ll find that green and red paint tend to be the trickier ones to remove. Follow these tips for an easier removal process, although most face paint should be easily removed with some warm water and gentle soap: Baby oil (or a consumable oil like avocado or olive oil), Dawn dish soap (yes, the kind they use on baby ducks!), or a cold cream (I find that Ponds lotion and makeup removal cream does wonders.) Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding face paint and other materials I offer.
